  • I had successful Lasik surgery performed by Dr. Siems in 2003. I was 27. I was hesitant because of my young age and went ahead with surgery because Dr. Siems and his team explained that the price (over $3000 per eye) included lifetime enhancements as long as my cornea could support it. I would have to pay $100 per eye for the one-use cartridge the machine uses. Fast forward to 2015. My eyesight began to slip and I contacted Siems Lasik. I was told that there was no such deal in place and that I would have to pay for the full procedure. They treated me as if I had fabricated the whole deal. Unfortunately I could not find my paperwork or any proof.
