| - Searching for a breakfast spot that served vegan food near our hotel we came upon this great place. While a bit pricey for what you get, the food tasted great. I did not order a $4 Chai tea because I thought that was a high price, so I ordered grapefruit juice instead. There was no price marked on it, but I figured it had to be less than $4. WRONG! It was $4! Still, it was delicious (but not worth $4 at all - had I known that was the price, I would have gotten the tea!) The place was packed with people, they told me they are generally this busy every weekend, not so bad on weekdays. They had a line out the door at one point and I wondered where they were going to seat everyone. They really pack the people in and by that I mean they tables are squeezed together closely so that every time someone wanted to walk past your table, they always bumped into you and had to smush themselves against you. I heard lots of "I'm sorry, I'm just trying to get past you," as people came and went back and forth behind us. It was really tight. One larger man had a very tough time getting out from one side of the restaurant to the door, he complained loudly as he tried his best to not bump into every table on the way out, but there was no way he could manage it easily. As for the food, I thought my portion was not going to fill me up, it was on the small side, but it turned out to be just right. Normally, for a meal of that price I am able to have leftovers to take home, but not here. Then I thought I was going to be hungry again in just a couple hours, but I was wrong again! I was full until the next mealtime, like 4 hours later. All in all, we were happy with the place and the food - we'd just make better choices next time, like coming when it's not so busy, and figuring out the prices of things before we order them.
