| - This place is poorly designed and poorly managed. First, there is only a single -buffet line, which gets very congested and moves slowly when the place is even half full. It took us nearly 30 MINUTES just to get through the line! The buffet didn't appear to be super-clean, with customers having spilled various selections onto others. When we went through, it appeared that the steak option had been long depleted, without any of the staff caring to replinish it - or worse yet, they may have run out?!? On a busy Saturday evening, no less??
Our experience only got worse from there. We were looking to take out our meal, so after making our selections, we sat at the bar, thinking it would be a quick turn. After almost ANOTHER 35 MINUTES, we noticed the server and manager in a discussion after she told us she was getting our bowl. I caught the tail end, where he nonchalantly said, "just apologize". She came by and said that she had given our bowl to another customer!!
We've eaten at this chain in several cities. This experience has led us to NEVER go to this establishment again!! A BASIC tenet of chain restaurants is that the customer gets a consistent experience, wherever they may eat. As they are clearly unable to deliver on that promise, they have lost our business forever.
We discourage you from going to this restaurant!
