  • If I could give 0 stars I would. My dad and I came in 2 weeks ago to purchase a Jeep and spent all night finalizing paperwork. The car we wanted was supposedly in Texas so it had to be shipped from there. They told us it should be here within a week or 2. A week passed by so I figured they should have an update on the status of the car they told me it'll be here the earliest Wednesday May 3rd which is today. I tried getting a hold of both sales representative that sold us the car. Shant and Anthony one was off and the other on vacation? It's funny that every time I call it's either they are not there at the moment or off? I asked for the Sales manager and see if he would know anything? The sales manager don't even know wth is going on. I've been getting the run around all day. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Seems that all they care about is getting you to sign the paper then once that is complete your nothing to them anymore. All we wanted was an update and status on the 40k vehicle we purchased. We'll be stopping by to cancel our purchase and take our business elsewhere. My girl called Eric the GM and he told us that the reason why we haven't gotten our car yet was because they weren't willing to give up one of their car to get us the car that we wanted the same car that they said confidently they were able to get for us. Instead offered us to find something else on their lot with similar features? This dealership is lacking common courtesy and communications. The least they could of done was called and tell us that instead of making us wait 2 weeks and having us jumping through hoops to get an answer. This is ridiculous! What's so hard about calling us back with an update? We asked for our down payment back $2000 we made with our card and he wasn't sure if that was even possible and that we had to come in person? How do you not know these stuff YOU'RE the GM! ? We're so DONE
