  • I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE!!!!! It is horrible!, Call the office and no one answers, but then you go to the office and there's only 2 visible employees while the office is full! Most of the employees are rude and look down their nose like you aren't important. When you have a complaint, such as kids throwing rocks near bedroom windows, you are told to find out which apt they live in and report it back to them! No one walks the property to see if things are being fixed or if hired workers are doing a good job. They don't care! I thought the scorpion infestation was bad enough but to be told "We'll get someone on it" when the cat urine is so strong it chokes you and then nothing gets done! They send out notices of mundane happenings but when they have shut down all but 1 pool, they can't even bother with it. For the heightened late fees that they charge versus they previous company, nothing is getting better! A set of apartments that caught fire around a year ago (if not longer)still has not been rebuilt for use. I have seen dogs that are definitely well over the "25 lbs." limit throughout the complex, which is ok, except when these owners DON'T PICKUP DOG POOP!!!!!!!I no longer walk in the grass because NO ONE picks it up! Save yourself a world of headaches and stay far away from this apartment complex from HELL!!!!!
