  • I'd like to give a huge shout out to EVERYONE in this store. Not only was in clean, easy to move through and had great selection.. I have to highlight a few employees that went above a beyond to make my shopping experience pretty amazing. Charlene was my check out clerk, she was friendly, smiling and asked if I found everything ok... after thanking her for asking, I noticed that she was wearing a pin of a handsome older man on her apron.. she noticed that I was looking and then pointed out that it was a picture of her recently deceased husband of 50 years. Her attitude really touched me. As devastating as her situation was, she was still upbeat, professional and filled with concern regarding my needs. Being in the retail industry myself, I was so impressed with her warmth and awesome disposition. Please recognize her. She is a gem and one of the reasons that i will continue to shop at that store.. even though there is a competitor closer to my home. Other notable employees that also made a great impression... Cyrus.. who ran through the store because I forgot a couple of products and did it with a smile. Shelbee, another employee who went out of her way to to convey a positive attitude and last but not least, your store manager, April who greeted me with a great smile before I expressed how amazing her team was.. she was quick to agree, give praise and show pride. Behind every successful business stands strong management. Again, I hope you take the time to reach out to these individuals and let them know how they make a difference to a single mom who was tired after a long day at work who walking in deflated and dragging but walked out feeling inspired and moved by these outstanding people who make your store an exceptional place to shop. Bravo.
