  • Given I'm new to the area I had no idea where to go for an oil change. I went to this location due to a coupon I received in the mail. I called prior to arriving to see if they had time for me and they said "come on over". When I arrived I was told it'd be a 1.5 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. What?! I was patient since I knew it needed to be done. Soon I found that the manager was bringing up issues with clients cars left and right and pushing them to have these problems fixed. It's no surprise that my car had "issues". I understand it's their job to tell you about problems, but another to attempt to pressure you into having them done right then and there, which is what happened. I was VERY uncomfortable with the pushy nature of how this was presented. Because of this I will not return.
