  • I thought something was up when I didn't have to verify my dog's vaccinations before the groomer booked an appointment for them, but thought maybe they would verify on the day of the appointment. They didn't. The groomer was unlicensed and "self-taught", she was cruel to my dogs to the point my female submissive peed. She cut my other female's nails too short and I stopped her from working on her. She then crushed one of my male's nails and got rude with me because he cried out in pain, demanding I "control" my dogs. The young woman she was "training" was sweet and tried to comfort my dogs, the older woman just snapped at them and me. We normally go to one of the big chain stores and will be going back there from now on. I can not warn you against this place strongly enough.
