Absolutely AWFUL. I will NOT stay here again. Came to visit Carnegie Mellon University and selected Hampton Inn based on brand name and close proximity to the University. After a long day driving and at the University we went to the hotel to sleep/rest and recover only to find it was turned into some floor-party for kids who repeatedly were banging on all doors and running away, running and screaming up and down the halls, etc. We tried being nice and asking them to settle down, quiet down, and stay in their rooms, but that only worked for a few moments. Called the front desk to ask for help, no answer. Called about 10 times over 2 hours, still nobody there. Went to the front desk seeking a live person only to find a note on the desk instructing that if you need help, use the walkie talkie, but no answer there either.
Management needs to be fired and restarted. This location is a JOKE.
