  • The dishes are very simple, which means there is nothing for the ingredients to hide behind. With that being said, the noodles were amazing and tasted really fresh, the other aspects of the dish (beef, onions, etc...) were also pleasant and high quality. This was also a downfall though because I think that the dish was so simple that it lacked flavour. It was barely even salted and after more than a few bites, I wasn't really impressed as I was expecting something with more substance.
