  • 3 stars- For Location, cleanliness, and the one nice person I sometimes run into. My issues - One of the bakers told me that "no grocery store baker would waste their time on rosettes" in a rude manner. Of all places I went to Walmart and the baker at Walmart said he would decorate a cake however I wanted! The cake ended up being half the price, and it looked and tasted amazing! I also more often than not get rude cashiers, like I did today. So I thought it was time after giving Safeway many chances to write my review.
