  • Just try to sign in, but sales representative said, I cant try gym with my kid, only by myself... and for me is important if kid will like playroom or not... so he make me waste my time - about 20 min - on waiting for him to do some kind of paperwork on computer, and then he print pass - and all that just to refuse to let me try. He saw me coming with kid, why not save my and his time and didnt say this club not child-friendly and not parents- friendly either? Where I suppose to put kid, after all, what playroom for! What the point to have nice folks at check- in counter if sales representatives so unfriendly and unhelpful so nobody will join?! This club is closest to our house but I guess we have to find another, more far away, but more friendly one. I was a member of 24 hour fitness at Charleston & Lamb area and love the club, but we mived and uts too far, and we go to 24 hour fitness at Rainbow for few months about a year ago and didnt like it, so we cancel, now they say online they improved so we try to join again... and again very dissapounted, will never try anymore.
