  • WOW!!! It doesn't get any better ~ came home on a Saturday afternoon to find that the AC unit wasn't working ~ during the hottest week of the summer!!! Called Alan at 5 PM, he picked up the phone himself, said he was finishing up a job just 3 miles away and would be over. At 5:40 PM he had been here, identified the problem, fixed it and was on his way home! After a quick review, he determined it was a swollen capacitor ~ and then he opened the unit, and there was the swollen capacitor. Friendly, pleasant, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable ~ exceptional service in every way ~ would highly recommend!!!
