  • I've been coming to this place for a few months now and has decent service but this last visit just yesterday made me very upset. I got a pedicure as usual and a pink & white fill. The older gentleman started doing my nails then said the lady beside him would finish after he applied both powders. She cut 4 of my fingers with the drill the rest felt extremely sore. 2 on the sides of the nail and 2 underneath. So much so to where it was bleeding. Even after I told her hey you just hurt me she kept drilling over these spots that were already bleeding and put a cotton ball full of acetone over my open cuts. I never had such a bad experience here before. Even after she did this to me I didn't make the scene I wanted to but trust me I was and still am very upset. I don't even write reviews but all yesterday I'm like what if the tools arent sanitized and she has exposed me to even more then germs by making my fingers bleed with a tool used on who knows how many people today. Even after she cut me I didn't see her take these pieces off the drill and go clean them or throw them away. I so didn't even feel she deserves payment but I paid and she asked if I was giving a tip. Really? I always tip but why would I tip you after you hurt my fingers several times not even just once is a accident. $65.00 nail trip could cost me at the least a infection. I still trying to figure out why this lady all of a sudden decided to hurt me. When I've only been a great returning and paying customer since I've moved in town. She has done my nails before I've never been cut by her with the drill before yesterday.
