  • The front and the therapist was very pleasant. The problem that I found was for the price it wasn't worth it. Plus they added the gratuity ahead of time not giving me the aportunity to say if my service was good or great. The lounge chairs were dirty and you couldn't relax without people coming in and out since the "relaxation room" was the entrance. The last thing was the music. I wanted "spa type music" not R&B, soft rock or gospel.
