  • Wow! Not what I was expecting when walking into this place. Had purchased a ring from a private seller that came with an appraisal from this shop, (we had other shop verify the gold and diamond prior to purchase), we needed to get the ring resized. Was quoted anywhere between 105 to 250 for resize. So I walked in and was greeted right away in a very friendly manner filled the young lady that I needed ring resized and was quoted 105 overst the phone. She looked at the ring and came back with the prince of $65! Of course I had no problem with that price at all. Asked for an ETA on when I could pick the ring up thinking to myself maybe a 3 to 5 days, she told me it would take about 15 to 20 minutes if I'd like to wait. Wow, definitely not what I was expecting! Maybe it was great timing, but even though I didn't purchase the ring from them, they still made me feel like a world class person. Thank you so much for all your services and kindness! If ever in the market for buying jewelery, THIS will definitely be my go to place from here on out!
