  • You won't get your moneys worth. So many other better quality and options available. I only did It for the move in deal and now I regret It. 1. Lied about amenities at move in. Them all being open 24/7 was a huge selling point and then It changed not even a month after. 2. Cheap building material of apartment such a drawers, doors. Looks nice but once moving in - you realize it's cheap. Oh and windows don't open which I'm almost sure is a fire code hazard but I knew this when moving in. It's still a negative tho. 3. No parking spaces after 9/10pm. They charge to rent one even though my one bedroom is already $1200+/Mo. 4. Something is always breaking. WiFi, fans, TVs etc. so amenities are decent only when they work and It takes at minimum of a month to fix them. 5. Area is close to a lot but not the best. They just built this place without thought of environment especially calculating cost. 6. Management is nice but gives the run around about questions/complaints/inquiries. 7. Some annoying cranky gotta hate their life person Or persons live by the pool and ALWAYS complain. If you're too loud or black.... security gets called. I would never refer someone here. Ever.
