  • If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went here with intentions of learning about a car I want. I had so many people reach out to me which was great and I thought that was nice. Well, when I got here I was greeted by an unprofessional kid who really had no idea what he was talking about. He knew absolutely nothing about jeeps and couldn't really answer my questions. Buying a car is a BIG decision so obviously I wanted to consult my mother which he was NOT having. Ridiculous. Then I locked my keys in my car on an accident and they used it to take advantage of me saying they "couldn't get it open because their guy who did it was not there," oh really? I had to call my elderly grandparents to come and bring me my extra key, I felt awful. My sales associate was a complete moron and a classic douchebag. Trying to swindle me and flirt with me, whatever. They ran my credit score MULTIPLE TIMES, RESULTING IN A DROP. I had no idea it did this and I'm livid. These people are all roaches and liars, don't come here if you want to have a good positive experience when trying to buy a car. He was pushing and pushing me to sign things and just only worried about making a sale ASAP. After hours of agony with this guy not letting me go and being locked out of my car, he had the nerve to try and pressure me to get dinner and drinks with him. What is that. He even insisted I go back to his apartment first so he can get changed. I declined and it is just so unprofessional. When I ended up not getting the car, he was livid and upset. He said mean nasty things, I can only assume he is brand new to the job because guess what? That does NOT make me want to buy a car! Moron. I will NEVER set foot in the direction of this place again. Save your time, credit score, and money by avoiding this place.
