  • To be fair this wasn't the first inspector I contacted when looking to do an inspection on my New build. After trying two other inspectors who could not be reached after the initial phone call I called AmeriSpec and spoke with Connie. Connie answered the phone and walked me through the process. Since I was doing a new build she told me it was going to be a little bit harder getting the builder to allow the inspector onsite. After getting the required approvals from our builder which was no easy task I had an appointment with Ray for my walk. Ray met me at my new home site and walked around and inside. During the walk he found a few minor issues and one large issue that ended up having me postpone my closing date until it could be addressed. After hearing from everyone that I didn't need an inspection on a new build I was very happy that i got one. Thank you Ray and Connie for helping out during what was a very stressful situation. I just wish some of the builders here in Las Vegas had competent people such as yourself working for them.
