The short and sweet of it is that this a dime a dozen restaurant featuring lofty pricing with ever so slightly above average quality/tasting Italian food.
It is basically like so many other similarly marketed 'upscale' Italian restaurants I have been to.
I did like the fresh warm loaf of bread served at the beginning of the meal along with the seasoned toasted pita crisp bread pieces.
The caesar salad was OK, as it really should have been. My chicken pasta meal was also passable, but it just didn't blow me away as I had hoped it would. The rest of my family did not voice any notable displeasure with their meal choices, so all is well in that situation.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was mellow enough, even though the noise level was a bit elevated due to the full customer capacity at the time. I also thought it was decorated tastefully. The tables were placed far enough apart to allow for a pleasant and private enough dining experience.
I was only in town to visit some family, so it is fair to assume that it is assured I won't be back.
