  • Absolutely horrible business. I was in an accident and my car was totaled. My son is a mechanic so at the scene he told the driver to take the vehicle to my house. The driver asked what we were going to do with the vehicle and my son explained he would scrap it out and sell it for $300. My son is very experienced in this and has crapped out several vehicles he is a mechanic. Driver convince my son that it was a Frito and that the tow yard would buy the vehicle from us and give us more than that being is so the car only had 75,000 miles on the engine. After several attempts from Wednesday to the following Wednesday to contact Kevin, I finally talked to the guy in charge at the tow yard where my vehicle was. I left several messages for Kevin and he never returned one. I was sent 25 miles away and told my vehicle was there and it was at a different tow yard 30 miles the opposite direction. anytime I called and left a message for Kevin all the staff was extremely rude. Now today, I'm finally taking care of it and they only want to give me $100! Then they had the nerve to tell me I had a $200 bill because it's been there for a week! Are you kidding me? i've been trying to pick it up for a week or handle the sale of the car. what do you recommend this Company for anything. The driver of the tow truck totally deceived us and set us up for all this. I wouldn't recommend them for a tow or any kind of other service I wouldn't even support them by buying vehicles from their auction. It's on telling what they are going to sell you because they obviously don't tell the truth.
