  • I LOVE the Service Department at Volvo of Las Vegas! They are super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable - and most importantly they are always willing to answer my questions and address my concerns without the typical condescension that most service departments or mechanics provide. I also find it refreshing that the Service Department Manager, Laroyne, is not hiding in his office whenever I come in to have my vehicle serviced. You can tell he wants to make sure that his customers are receiving the level of customer service they demand - I can easily say that from my experience at other service departments that other Service Department Managers hide in their offices and avoid even starting the slightest small talk with customers. I don't even drive a Volvo (yet) and Volvo of Las Vegas' Service Department takes excellent care of my vehicles. They are extremely well priced and again offer the priceless customer service that makes getting your vehicle serviced pleasurable rather than overwhelmingly stressful. You will not be disappointed here - Laroyne will see to that!
