  • I am going to write this review, even though I decided to not use their service. What a joy to interact with someone who's business is based on technical skills AND common sense. Nikki did a great job explaining what happened with my hard drive, how it most likely happened, and the details for them to do a recovery. I decided at this time the $'s weren't worth it, but as she pointed out, it can be recovered in the future if things change. Bottom line, I hope I do not ever need this company's services, but it makes me feel better they are around if I do.
