  • This place is a little overwhelming with salespeople when you walk in, but that is the extent of my issue with it--The selection is fantastic and they are always in vogue. My 5 stars come for this : I had an important trip and needed just the right shoe for my outfits. They had to be comfy too. I bought a pair of Born boots there, they were beautiful green suede. I have worn Born boots for years and they are almost always super comfy as well as stylish... Well these boots were not. I tried to wear them in, The pitch was just too sharp, though and they were killing my feet. I came in and thought they were going to laugh at me when I wanted to exchange the worn boots for a bigger size. They just exchanged me the size. No problem, no attitude. "We want you to be happy with your shoes" was what they said. Well...it wasn't the size. It was the design. And I was surprised by that because Born is usually so good. So I brought them back, and they took them. I told them I was interested in some Dansko boots I'd seen online but when we looked they did not carry them. I was going to give up, when the manager offered to order the boots I wanted from Dansko and have them speedy shipped. THey got here with a day to spare and Littles took on 1/2 the shipping. I was so pleased with them. When I told him this, he just repeated, "I want you to be happy with you shoes."
