  • I had a good experience at the Henderson location, but the Charleston location is horrible. An old woman with blond hair has no idea what service means; she was just rude and greedy and cares only about get money out of a customer's pocket. They carry high quality and high price glasses, but their service is completely on the other end. I rather travel longer distance or pay even higher price for better service. Avoid this place at all cost.
