  • Horrible Service: I left an expensive Coat in my room. I called within a few days of check out and was informed that they had my coat and would send it. I was willing to pay for shipping or whatever was needed. 2 months go by and I had called 5 or 6 calls to find out whats going on. I was assured that the coat had been sent out. I called today and they informed me that they disposed of the coat because it had been more than 30 days. If they had sent my coat when I called on numerous occasions then it would have never surpassed more than 30 days.
