It is no surprise this is one of the best restaurants in town. I went with 4 other friends visiting and we had an outstanding experience. We shared all the food we ordered. We started with Plogue รก Champlain, it is a layer of foie gras on top of cheese, ham and potato with a maple syrup sauce. It is very rich with a mix of sweet and salty. We ordered the mussels for appetizers too and they were on point, cooked really well and the blue cheese sauce was perfect. A bit rich but not too over powering. For the main dishes, we had the pork chops from the cabane a sucre, lobster dumplings, calamari pasta and beef osso bucco with a side of pasta. My favorite was the beef osso bucco, the meat was so tender and flavorful, the side pasta was in this stew like sauce with sausage and ricotta cheese. The lobster dumplings were my second favorite. Make sure you make a reservation before going as it is always busy.
