  • This hotel would get zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this hotel. We experienced nothing but trouble at this hotel. They called to confirm my reservation the day before my arrival, which I thought was great. However, once we got to the hotel they didn't have the room we reserved available. They had to split up my family into two separate rooms on opposite sides of the hotel.... VERY inconvenient. The hotel rooms are dirty, broken down and my AC didn't even work. They serve coffee and packaged breakfast bars as their big continental breakfast. The day before we were scheduled to leave the front desk called me and told me I had to get out because my reservation was over and they didn't have any rooms available for me (let alone the 2 rooms they needed for us since they messed up the reservation in the first place). I sent her the email that showed my reservation was through the next day and suddenly there were rooms for us and we could stay. It was a hot mess the entire time. I called the corporate office and the general manager and still haven't received a call back. I've stayed at many, many hotels and this was the biggest disappointment of them all.
