rev:text	I lived at Avalon for just over a year after I had sold my house and had not purchased a new one before closing. I had viewed many different complexes in the area and chose Avalon because I really enjoyed the ambience. My apartment felt very homey with granite countertops, crown molding and neutral painted walls (no white walls!). I really liked that the units are all different and never felt like cookie cutter, box like apartments like some of the other complexes I viewed. The landscaping was very park like with many green areas to offset the parking lots. There were also many pet cleanup stations scattered throughout making it easy for pet owners to quickly dispose of their pet's waste so it wasn't a nuisance for residents. The front pool was always sparkling clean. It was regularly maintained. The gym is small but very adequate. It has a variety of cardio equipment as well as free weights and machines. I used it on a regular basis and it was always clean and well maintained. The front office staff is wonderful! They were always friendly and responded quickly to my concerns. When my new house was not ready by my move out date Fatima and Evelyn worked with me to find a solution that would allow me to remain in my apartment for a few extra days which I greatly appreciated. I only had a couple of maintenance issues and those were resolved in a timely manner. I would easily recommend Avalon to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. The rent was very reasonable compared to a lot of other places and the staff is very professional and nice and responsive to resident needs.
