  • I started to replace a light fixture on a ceiling and found some burned wiring. I called these guys and talked to Preston. He simply had me text him a picture of the problem. He saw right away that the burned wiring was a part of the fixture being replaced (I'm pretty ignorant about such things). He then not only explained that I didn't need him to come out at all (though he would be happy to), he explained to me exactly why the wires got burned and how to prevent it in the future. Top quality customer service! I would recommend any and everyone to this place after that great experience.
