If there were negative stars, Laguna & the owner Dewey would deserve them. He is unprofessional and does not care about customer service or service after the sale.
They did a remodel on our pool in 2013 to the tune of $30.000. It went ok, not great but it wasn't enough to compel me to write a review either way. Work was mostly good, but customer service throughout the process & follow-up on warranty items was horrible so it kinda balanced out.
Fast forward to May 2017 and I need some repairs done (2 on work they did & 1 not). This is NOT warranty work....I'd be a paying customer. Was told to email them, which I did and after that was unable to get anybody to call me back to get the work scheduled. I got sidetracked by other priorities and gave up repeatedly calling them to beg them to take my money since none of it was a "critical" repair....more aesthetics.
So this summer (2018), I started again with Laguna and got as far as getting a quote from them for just the leaky wok pots (already had the other stuff repaired by companies that actually call you back!!) so thought we'd be moving along...YAY. NOPE!!!! I thought wrong. Ever since the quote, have been unable to get a return call or get the work scheduled.
Called yesterday (5/30) and left my final message requesting a callback to let me know if we were moving along/were the pots ordered or if they don't want the work to just let me know that and I'd look elsewhere, that's fine. Just fergawdsake, somebody call a girl back already. But to ignore people is completely unprofessional!!!
If you can tolerate zero customer service and being completely ignored by a company after the sale, go with Laguna.
