  • Every time I go to Pho Kim Long I go around late at night and it's always packed. Since the place is open 24 hrs they get a lot of people who have been out drinking and need a fixing. Upon entering I can see the hostess running around everywhere so I put my name down on the list. We waited around 20 minutes to get seated. When we sat down the waiter was quick to serve us our waters. Their water isn't the best so I was quick to get a tea instead. The waiter gave us our menus and he gave us time to look through the menu. After we placed our order, we waited about 10 minutes to get all of our food (appetizer served first). The place was packed and quite noisy. The food was pretty good for the cold night. Overall customer service was great despite the long wait times and I'll prob go back if within the area.
