| - First time reviewing a hotel so let me take a shot. I usually base my reviews off of customer service, decor, and food (which will be converted to comfort).
Let me start with the service. The service has been sub-par. While we were here, we had to call house keeping several times for towels and with every call the representative had a sour attitude. Also, our room was skipped a couple of times for cleaning. Lastly, nothing is ever restock at the hotel. Example: the pool never had any pool towels when we went. Furthermore, they allow anyone from the outside to swim there (do not need to be a guest). So I guess security is low as well. One more point on the customer service, our colleagues had their alcohol removed from there room fridge. They were able to retrieve it from the hotel but the principal here is that house keeping took stuff away from the room while it was occupied? Also, no complimentry breakfast.
The decor is rather nice! I actually like how the place is set up and the flooring. Plus, their rooms are spacious and beautiful! Very eye pleasing decor!
The comfort is excellent! The bed and pillows alone are like sleeping on a cloud! Very very comfy. They also have a nice gym which no one is ever there! In addition, they have lots of channels on the TV so if you have to wait for your wife to get ready, you are good to go ;). Overall, love the comfort of the hotel.
When analyzing all the categories above, I had to give this hotel a 3 because customer service; to me this is key. I hate talking to rude people and fear that house keeping may take something. Honestly, try this place out but if you find something else that is better, take that. I am a public auditor so I often travel and eat out quite a bit. Thus, this place is not Auditor Approved.
