  • I booked a room here for my 20 year old daughter who attends U of I. They informed her at check in that you had to be 21 to stay there - which is fine. However, the desk clerk, Brian, was exceedingly rude and unprofessional to both my daughter and my wife. Not only will we never book there again, we are telling all our friends who have kids at U of I to not stay there. There is no reason for being so disrespectful and rude. I am also putting this review on Facebook.
