  • I would seriously give this 0 stars if I could. They are very deceitful. I rented a car for a week and declined insurance but they charged me for it anyway. They will not give me my money back until I return the car. When I talked to Laura (manager? Supervisor?) she told me that they always hold $200 if you use a debit card. There was no mention of this by the clerk, Lovely, when I picked up the car. The charge is not for the rental + $200, it is the exact amount that I was quoted for the insurance, which I DECLINED. Laura admitted that Lovely made a mistake but still wouldn't help me. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and guess what? "He's not in today." NEVER AGAIN!
