  • Wow! I was just there for a corporate event. I am thoroughly impressed by every aspect of this hotel! From the moment I walked in I was treated so nicely and it was genuine. My check in was seamless and I adored my room, very clean and calming. The event was held at the hotel and the staff were professional, quick and helpful. And the food was great at the event and at Urban Farmer! I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had in a Cleveland hotel. I highly recommend trying them out!
