This is in response to Keith's reply to my wife's review. You need to tell these people the truth. The warranty company did not schedule a time, the girl who answered your phone did. Thursday between 8am and 10am is what SHE set up. After I took off of work, no one showed or called, I called back after 10am and because you no showed, I rescheduled for Friday from 8am to 9am, which your girl confirmed AGAIN. After I took another day off of work, no one showed or called AGAIN. When I called back, I was given the run around, after your technician no showed twice. Anyone would be irate after two no shows. Your staff shouldn't make appointments if your techs aren't going to show up. People have jobs. I've never had an experience like this with any other company. You claim your company needed flexibility, but not once was that conveyed to me. Train your staff to not make false promises to customers and please don't make false statements about how the situation went down.
