  • Started out strong but then the pool needed a valve replaced, took over a month with no quote when I called they seemed suprised but still 2 weeks went by. I went to the store and fixed it my self. Then they just stopped coming, we had to call several times, even after that, they changed the day of service w/o informing us. Then the past two weeks they left the his out, did not scrub the spa and the worst, they left the gate wide open to leave my dogs out. That's the final straw. Hope you have better luck than I did.
