  • One staff member is completely rude. Called in about reservation and she sped through her opening line and sounded inaudible. Sounded annoyed when I asked what she said. She couldn't find my reservation and when I asked her if someone else had my reservation, she misunderstood me and she say, "that is none of your business." Too much attitude for hospitality service.
