| - The hair dresser, Daniel cancelled my 1-1.5 hour appointment (color, cut and style) as soon as I walked in the door, for which I was 5 minutes late. 5 MINUTES! He rudely told me to reschedule and other alternatives. My toddler was with me and he said they also don't allow children under 12 in the salon, which is fine, I said my MIL is locking up her car to get her. Any other normal salon would explain that maybe he can not do all three (color, cut, style) today but offer me to cut and style this time and schedule coloring for next time. But no, he was determined to cancel this appointment before I even came (maybe because I had Groupon and other new client did not?). I left shocked. I drove 30 minutes to this salon, had babysitter at home for the baby and my MIL came with me to watch my toddler. I went outside, vented to my MIL, and realized I am not just driving back 30 minutes to my home without saying something to this rude man. As soon as I walk back in, he was physically aggressive. I truly thought he would hit me, never in my life have I felt this way, this hate from someone I met for the first time. He said "get the F*** out of my salon" No human, let alone customer should ever be treated like this. You need to look at the mirror and reflect of how you treat people.
