  • I am giving one star for the reception because they were nice to me, but Dr. Zheng Liu is the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen period. I came in cause I typically get sinus infections in the spring, and I had been feeling full-on symptoms the last 3 days. When I was seen,and (yes it was a long wait but most clinics have long waits anyways), Dr. Zheng Liu was rude, condescending, interrupting me, couldn't speak English hardly at all, and said I had TMJ? When I reminded him of my inflamed sinuses and ears, cough, congestion, and drainage, his response word for word was "I m not a doctor who prescribes antibiotics. You abuser!" I was upset and asked to see another doctor. He said okay, disappeared, and sent a nurse in. I told her what happened, and she said that his diagnosis didn't sound right, but there was nothing she could do. I went to another clinic hours after this horrible experience, and they diagnosed a severe sinus and ear infection and treated me properly. So, my overall advice, do NOT see Dr. Liu if you are sick - call first to see who is on duty if you absolutely have to go here. Otherwise, there are better clinics in the area than this one.
