  • I have been here 7 times and each time has been an amazing experience. Today however was not so great. I brought 3 co workers in for dinner after work and was so excited to have them experience the awesomeness that is Lotus of Siam. The bar tender had me try a drink that she said was similar to sparkling blueberry sake. It wasnt. It was like lemoncello. It was good so I offered to buy my co workers each a glass of it. The bar tender told me to buy the bottle and said its a good deal. It was $70.00. She didnt even tell me ahead of time. This wasnt a huge deal because I did like the taste a lot. Then I ordered Nan Mao Tod and asked for it to not be Spivey. It came out with 4 Thai chili's in what equaled about 2 cups of rice. Crazy spicey. When I mentioned it to the waiter he didnt react at all other than to walk away. This wasnt right as my mouth was on fire. I order this dish everytime by the way and its the main reason I come here. Couldn't even eat it. I also order the rad Nah. It was good but very few noodles and mostly gravy. The pad see we was delicious though. Highly recommend it. Once we finished our food. We were finishing our drinks and our waiter asked us to hurry up and leave so he could have our table. It was between 5 and 10 minutes. I dont find this to be an excessive amount of time.
