  • People in office were very rude and did not know what they were doing. I was dealing with Laura and it was like she was not interested in my business at all. After taking my info and making an appointment I called the next day for an ETA and wasn't even on the schedule. She had forgot to put in my information. I cancelled my appointment and Needless to say I will never call Universal glass!
