My family just moved into rhodes ranch community and i have called twice for people riding quads down the street waking myself and my infant daughter. The first time i called left a message for a manager to call back and he waited till the end of business day monday to call me back and i was assured that he would tell his guards to keep an eye out because they can report them to the home owners association. Fast forward a few weeks with the same problem happening daily. I Called again after a guy on a quad almost hit me and was told that they do not respond to traffic problems and to call the police. I've seen some of the TSI guards and was very disappointed. The one guard i talked to wouldn't even remove the cigarette out of his mouth while he was talking to me. As a military combat vet who has worked security for more than 10 years after his 3 tours over seas i am very sad that security has gotten such low class and unprofessional people in the industry. I only say this because i am licensed by the PILB here in las vegas.
