  • Oh man. I have a recall on my Civic due to malfunctioning airbags so I took it to this place. SMH. As I waited around the service bay while the half of the technicians that weren't at lunch talked or stared straight at their computers, I was reminded why this place is so crappy. That reason is the people working here are jerks. Most likely the work environment makes them jerks. Eventually I flagged someone down who didn't want to help me. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for next week. Can't wait to add another one-star review after being ignored and/or lied to again. On...the...edge...of...my...seat.
