  • Called to make a to go order and was placed on hold for 16 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant and placed my order in person manager nor staff could give a flying @@@@. So much for quick service lol I would like to thank Cheddar's public relation team for reaching out to me and hearing what I had to say about my experience when trying to make a call in order. They were very apologetic and agreed to look at their call-in process and work on making it better. Thank you for listening and willingness to take action.
