  • The Living Room is pretty good, especially for a restaurant in Chandler. The Sangria isn't great but it's decent. The prime rib sliders are very good, except when the kitchen over cooks the buns. The wait staff is very laid back and friendly, the crowd is usually an interesting mix of people. Bottom line: good for happy hour, grab a drink and a bite...
