  • Warning to people using Pete Torsiello. I was serious about buying one of Pete's houses. Had solid financing in place. My agent repeatedly tried to get a hold of him. He called and texted after we submitted an offer. I couldn't believe he never responded. Then after 24 hrs he acknowledges our offer and said he would get back to us. Another 24 hours passes and nothing. I told my agent to say respond or we will walk. My agent never heard a thing from him. NOT A THING. No counter offer. No telling us there was an accepted offer. The guy just flaked off! A shame for the seller as I noticed what the final offer was. We would've paid more. I am not sure if the owner ever knew about our offer. We bought another house no problem but was relieved this agent had nothing to do with it as he seems everywhere in the northwest. Very unprofessional.
