  • meat is pricey but good, selection covers alot of options BUT the attitude and customer service rates a minus 2 stars. Unfortunately, that is not an option. If you do venture in, do your best to get the guy to wait on you. (he may be a butcher as he comes from the back) but he's the ONLY friendly, genuinely interested in helping you person that works there. If you ask one of the ladies about a specific item in the case etc, they respond as if you are bothering them. They give a flip answer and turn away to do something else. The first time this happpened I chaulked it up to them having a bad day. The next time my wife was there and came home with the same story. I just got back a few minutes ago saying it was my LAST! No matter how good or how pricey their food is, it's just not worth the aggravation of being treated like a second class citizen. There are plenty of other meat markets in the area that treat their customers with a smile and a friendly attitude. Try to meat dept and deli at Reiders on RT44. A little bit of a drive but IMO, well worth it. Plus you can do all your shopping in one place. (no, I don't work there) oh, and they only take MC/Visa. gl
