Had a TERRIBLE experience with terminating my membership. I signed up for a massage membership and used it for a year. A few months before it ended I told the front desk that I would like to terminate my membership so it would not continue on past April. They never told me I needed to sign a termination form. At my last massage I thanked them for all their services and said I will not be using the membership anymore and they STILL did not tell me I needed to sign something. So of course I'm still getting billed. I call to get my money refunded because obviously since I told them months before that I didn't want to continue my membership I thought this must be a mistake, well the manager blamed it on me for not just knowing that that was their policy
This is a Terrible business if they are morally ok with scamming money out of a client who did not want or receive services for the money they charged me. There are plenty of other great massage and chiropractic places that don't need fight a client about their termination policy and keep money that is not deserved.
-Just to update and be fair the owner did contact me to resolve the issue, he was very apologetic and sincere. In the future hopefully they will be more clear about their termination policy so clients have a good chance to do it the right way and not be over charged.
